Jouré Jewelry offers FREE shipping on all domestic USA orders.

Handling Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours.  Shipping time vary between customized and non-customized items.  Please see below for more details.

Non-Customized items:

Domestic Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

  • Orders Below $15 - USPS First Class (No Tracking Available)
  • Orders Above $15 - USPS Priority Mail (Tracking Available)
  • Orders Purchased through Rebate Programs - USPS First Class (No Tracking Available)

International Shipping: 5-21 Business Days

  • All orders are shipped with USPS international. Due to customs clearance and other variables, shipping time may take longer. If you would like to receive your order faster, please select the UPS/DHL/FedEx option at checkout. 
For Customized, Personalized, and Engraved Items:

Domestic Shipping: 4-12 Business Days

  • Orders Below $15 - USPS First Class (No Tracking Available)
  • Orders Above $15 - USPS Priority Mail (Tracking Available)
  • Orders Purchased through Rebate Programs - USPS First Class (No Tracking Available)

  • UPS/DHL/FedEx options are not available for customized, personalized, and engraved items.

Multiple Items/Packages

Please note if you ordered multiple items they may ship in multiple packages.  In situations for large orders and when products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 2 days.

Our headquarter is located in Irvine, California.  Depending on the availability of the items in your order and its ship to destination, your orders may be shipped from different states or countries. Yes, we are able to ship your items via any shipping services.  Please send us a message when placing your order so we can upgrade the shipping for you you.  Please note that all upgraded shipping options are associated with an additional cost.
