We are happy to accept all returns within 30 days of purchase.
Personalized and customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable including all items that have been engraved.
All returned items must be in its original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages or Wrong Item Received
Please inspect your order upon receiving and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized and customized items are non-returnable including all items that have been engraved.
- We cannot accept returns/exchanges on sales items or items purchased through rebate programs.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Please allow us 48 hours to receive your returns back into our inventory. After this time, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Limited Warranty
Your purchases are backed with a 3 Year Limited Warranty. Joure Jewelry stand behind the quality of our products and will provide replacement/replacement parts for all manufacture defects.
