How it Works
Our customer care team may ask for you to provide pictures of the item or ship the item to us for inspection. If after inspection, we determine that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- If repair services are available in your area, then we will refer you to the nearest location and will cover the costs of the repair.
- If we determine that your item should be replaced, we will provide you with a replacement of the original item. Please note that buyers are responsible for Shipping and Handling fees for replacement items.
- If the item is no longer available, JoureCo may, in its discretion allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item.
If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you.
Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
