Do you offer free shipping?
Joure offers free USPS shipping on all domestic USA orders.
How do I track my order?

What is your processing time?
All domestic and international orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that customized/personalized/engraved production time can range between 2 to 5 business days.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS to ship all orders but if you prefer faster delivery, we can ship by FedEx or UPS. If you would like these shipping options instead, please select them during checkout. All upgraded shipping services come with additional costs.

Joure delivers to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Mexico.
Can I return my product?

Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Moisture will tarnish your jewelry. Avoid all water, lotions, and perfumes. Clean with a dry cloth. Never use jewelry cleaner or polishing cloths. To limit wear and tear take a day off and store in a safe dry place.
